Open Account → Data & support → Delete account → Start deletion. Read the confirmation and complete any ownership checks. A room you own may need to be transferred or archived before the operation can finish.
Without the app
Email araujota97@gmail.com with the subject “Mentum account deletion” and your username. Do not send your password or verification codes. We will verify account ownership before acting. This page itself does not submit a request or delete data.
What deletion means
Account and device access are revoked and associated private data is removed or de-identified through a multi-step workflow. Shared chat history can remain for other participants, with the author displayed as “Deleted member.” Text or files may still identify their author through their contents, and recipients may keep their own copies.
Limited safety, integrity, diagnostics, deletion evidence and provider backup records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy. If you want particular shared content reviewed for removal, identify it in your request without sending unnecessary private information. Signing out, uninstalling and deleting an account are different actions.
