Getting started
Mentum is for ordinary people and their conversations with friends and groups. It is not restricted to a company, employer, school or business customer. Anyone who meets the app’s age and safety rules can create an account; a workplace email address or organization account is not required.
Open Mentum in your browser or download the app, choose Create account, and complete account setup. If signup or sign-in does not work, contact araujota97@gmail.com. Use a person’s username to start a conversation. Private chats remain accessible only to their members.
Contact support
Email araujota97@gmail.com. For a technical issue, include your app version or browser name and version, device operating system, approximate time, and diagnostic session ID if available. In the browser client, open Account → Your data and use Copy diagnostic details to obtain a content-free support reference. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, or unnecessary private chat content. We do not publish a guaranteed response time.
A Program missed the mark
Tell Mentum what happened and what you expected. Review the resulting change before activation. You can edit, pause or remove personal Programs in Settings → Programs; shared Programs are managed from the chat’s Program list according to your role. Report unsafe or unwanted behavior with the in-app safety controls or contact support.
Account and privacy help
Use the Account screen for export and deletion. If you cannot access the app, contact support to request help; account ownership must be verified before private information is disclosed or an account is deleted. Follow the Account deletion link below for the full process.
Safety
Use in-app blocking and reporting for unwanted contact or content. Mentum support is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
